Shopping List Must Haves...

Hi friends! 👋🏻 Pretty new to this world of Keto. I've been slowly easing my way into a new way of eating and think I'm ready now to go full on "Keto"! With that being the case, I'm going to the market this weekend and was wondering if you wanted to share a list of Must Haves to pick up. I already know most sugar free items are one of the essentials but there are so many different sweeteners and oils, I just want to ensure that I have the essentials.

Currently, I'm stocked up on triple 0 Greek yogurt, blackberries from the garden, ground beef, chicken, bacon, cottage cheese and cheeses but what else should I pick up? I'm not a fancy cook, a single man living alone so quick & easy are right up my alley.

Thanks!

Educate Me

Hi guys!

Hear me out... I've been a long time T.A. fan since her YKTR era. Little Earthquakes was the soundtrack to my senior year & my coming out story. Admittedly, I followed Tori & all of her muses thru To Venus & Back. However, after that, something shifted in her story telling & her music seemed more like journal entries being (beautifully) sang to music & unfortunately, I disconnected. My question is, if you had to suggest a song from Tori's discography after Venus, what would some of your suggestions (both song/album) be to someone who may have missed something special in the albums since?

Looking forward to hearing your suggestions & I appreciate it.

Can't Shake This Disease

Just curious, I've been on Wellbutrin 300mg since Dec. of last year. In March of this year, we added 50 mg of Zoloft to the mix, and even with that little boost, I just can't kick the depression. I don't want to continue to introduce new meds into my system, but I also don't want to keep dealing with this depression that I just can't seem to kick. Does anyone else ever feel like "that's it, even with meds I can't get thru this depression?"

Looking for Advice (New Dosage)

Hi. For nearly 3 years I've been treated for moderately high BP. Because heart disease runs rampant in my family the Dr. 's opted to put me on regiment after I had my gallbladder removed. For those 3 years my BP very rarely fluctuated and was always around 121/82. Nearly everyday. About 3 weeks ago however, I could tell something had changed. I was feeling "off." I went to see my Dr & he bumped my Losartan 25 mg up to 50 & told me to stay on my Chlorthalidilone booster. 3 weeks pass & my BP is still riding high (for me). It's been around 132/85, some days higher. So, I had my follow up with my DR again this week & be bumped my Losartan up to 100 mg a day now. 50mg in the morning another 50mg at bed time. During this transitional period from my BP rising I've had a chronic headache. It tends to move around & it's hard to pinpoint. I explained this to the Dr & be was perplexed. So today he prescribed me a beta blocker, Metoprolol. I'm very cautious about pills so I always do my homework. The side effects of this frighten me as I've already upped my standard BP meds 3x in a month. I'm not sure if I'm ready to introduce a new doll into the mix. I guess my point in this post is to ask if anyone else has ever experienced these kinds of headaches? What about this rapid dosage increase in a short period of time? Has anyone else tried Metoprolol?

Thanks for your feedback. I appreciate the guidance. Have a nice night.
