: I found a Reddit post about my house... from 3 years in the future (chapter 2)

After reading the comment, I jumped away from the bed and turned on every light in my room.

There was nothing there.

No monster. No scratching. Nothing.

The next morning, I convinced myself it had all been a weird dream.

Then my phone buzzed.

Another notification from Reddit.

A new message from Survivor_2029.

"Relax. There's nothing under your bed."

I stared at the screen.

A second message appeared.

"The danger was never under the bed."

My stomach dropped.

"It's the person reading over your shoulder."

I spun around.

Nobody was there.

Then another message:

"Not now. At school."

The next day, I couldn't focus. Every time I looked up, I noticed the same guy watching me from across the hallway.

A quiet kid I had never spoken to.

At lunch, he walked over and sat beside me.

Without looking at me, he whispered:

"You got the messages too?"

I froze.

He slowly pulled out his phone.

On the screen was the same Reddit account.

Survivor_2029.

Then he showed me the profile picture.

It wasn't a stranger.

It was a photo of the two of us...

Taken three years from now.

The one I never got to finish the first time.

MI was the only one home that night. At exactly 3:07 AM, someone knocked on my bedroom door.

“Come in,” I said, thinking it was my brother.

No answer.

A minute later, another knock.

I opened the door. The hallway was empty.

Then I heard footsteps downstairs. Slowly, I walked to the living room and checked every room. Nothing.

As I turned to go back upstairs, I noticed the digital clock.

3:07 AM.

It hadn't moved.

Another knock echoed from my bedroom.

This time, I was standing downstairs, staring at the closed door. 😨

I found a Reddit post about my house... from 3 years in the future.

Last night, around 2:30 AM, I was scrolling Reddit when I found a post on a small horror subreddit.

The title caught my attention because it had my exact address in it.

At first, I thought it was a joke. Then I opened the post.

It was written by someone named "Survivor_2029."

The post started with:

"If you live at this address, leave before June 14."

My heart dropped.

June 14 was two days away.

The post described my room perfectly. My desk. My broken window. Even the crack on my wall behind the wardrobe.

Then I reached the end.

"Don't look under the bed at 3:17 AM."

I laughed nervously and checked the date of the post.

June 12, 2029.

Three years in the future.

I closed Reddit and tried to sleep.

At exactly 3:17 AM, I woke up to a soft scratching sound coming from under my bed.

Scratch...

Scratch...

Scratch...

I remembered the post and stayed completely still.

Then my phone lit up.

A Reddit notification.

Someone had replied to the future post.

The comment simply said:

"Too late. He looked."

I wasn't breathing anymore.

Because at that exact moment...

I realized I was already staring under the bed.

"What's the most random thing your parents think is a 'waste of time' but you actually enjoy?"

"I'm a teenager and every time I spend time on something I like, someone says it's a waste of time 😅. Whether it's gaming, memes, editing videos, music, or scrolling Reddit. What's that one thing you enjoy that older people just don't understand?"
