Realizing I sh when I was little too
Recently I realized when I was a child I would bite myself. I never thought of that as sh until recently when I realized I have been doing sh for a long time . Has anyone else done this

I was never hit my mother was a few times but because I was not injured I feel invalid like im being dramatic, even though he has spit at us broke things, punched holes in the walls and tried to pull a gun on us I know he has hurt people before and he attempted kll others before me but I was born when he was older and he knew if he hurt me my mom would leave but he cant live without my mother cause hes honestly dumb but he makes the money so we had to stay. It was really bad for some years and clamed down cause of not drinking but I am still scared I now have medical issues and continue to live with him even though im an adult. I just hate feeling like what happend wasn't that bad and I am over reacting
I think i have a histamine issue like mcas but when I do and not that deep the skin around it smells up quite a bit is that normal
