I am looking at the Hyatt ziva at Los Cabos. When i add my 7yo child it adds them as it would charge a full adult. Jumps from 45k/night to 68k roughly. If you look at the second picture it says 3 adults.

However when I look at the chase portal it correctly marks them at the childrens rate I believe.

Is this just a glitch and probably be resolved by calling/booking?

Should I just book through Chase portal? I know always to book through the hotel ideally though

EDIT: Chase charges me the same amount of points if i just put 2 adults or 2 adults + 1 child.

Was chasing schaef in a metro/atl serial and ended up hitting these two 😅.
