Getting a PT Aide Job

For those of you who are currently PT Aides (or have been in the past) how did you get your job? I'm looking for a part time position while I'm in school and have mostly only found full time positions. And when I do interview for a part time position, I don't get it. I know I haven't been searching for long but I don't want to waste my time in this process. Did you call clinics in your area to see who was hiring? Look at job boards? Network?

Dress 1 or 2?
