Feels like a good majority of them are only focusing on pretty looking app designs and stuff instead of doing proper research, analysis testing and designing what the users actually want.

Also does the UIUX guy has to design flyers and social media posts as well?

How do I approach landing a mid level job? Should I focus more on pretty UI? Or my way of thinking and solving problems?

Started to eat healthy recently need some help with increasing protein intake on a budget.
