I had the pleasure of meeting an absolute specimen of a human being. A man walks up to the pickup desk, and I go through the usual process, asking for the barcode on the app and such. He says he doesn't have a barcode, so I ask for the order #. He shows me his phone, where an email for Home Depot is pulled up, for an order that wasn't due until the 7th. So of course I say "this is an order for home depot" and he goes "oh! This isn't Home Depot?"

Sir, when have you ever been inside a blue Home Depot? Did you not see the massive blue sign that says LOWE'S on it when you walked in? Did you drive here with your eyes closed? Now this guy was (as far as I could tell) a perfectly able bodied middle aged man, I don't think he had dementia or anything of the sort, I think he was just... Really dumb. So now I gotta hear from you guys; what's your dumbest customer encounters?
