I’m a guitar player and I’ve been thinking about getting a bass. I stumbled across this squire jazz bass on musician’s friend but since I know very little about bass, I wanted to make sure this would be a good one. Also would appreciate any suggestions and recommendations for other basses (short scale too). My budget is about 350-400
I came to the US via CBP One in January 2024. Since then I’ve had 3 master hearings in New York’s Court. I recently moved to Texas and changed the venue. My next hearing is all the way in 2028. I got married in September to a US citizen and we have filled the i130 form only which is pending at the moment. I talked to one of the lawyers and I was told that I can go ahead and file i485 because I’m considered an arriving alien, which is said on my i94 as well. Should I file? I really don’t want to sit here and wait till immigration court. What happens if I also get rejected?
