I just purchased a portable extractor worthy of 205” of water lift. I was wondering after extraction how long should a customer wait before walking over the carpet?
Long story short, 6 months short of being tried as first offender. First one bs never got a lawyer. This one I did because cdl on the line.
Pulled over for speeding, did not disclose where I’m coming from, answered the officers question I’ve had nothing to drink.
Asks me to step out, comply, fst, do pen test refuse rest, refuse breathalyzer, get arrest for dui.
Refuse breathalyzer at station, get bonded out.
I didn’t nothing wrong other than eye test, said absolutely nothing to incriminate or anything other than when spoken to yes no ok.
He says I smell like alcohol, didn’t roll down my window all the way, yada yada.
They finally gave me an offer 7 months later of basically a first all over again but 10 days in jail just no felony charge.
Yeah it’s a deal because it would be 120 day in jail mandatory along with other things and a felony but I’m wondering what to do from here?
Lots to explain here but basically her father’s been nothing but a problem in our relationship for the past 7 years we’ve been together. She would have moved in earlier but he lived with her and I didn’t want him going homeless. Once she moved in with me, he lived with two diff family members for sometime. The past year or two he has had his own apartment but is finally being evicted from not being able to hold a job due to his bum knee. He prob would not been evicted had he played his cards right the past 6 months but here we are. Tonight his last night and she asked me as I was cooking us dinner “can he stay one night, and then tmrw night he’s staying with Richie?” I said “yes only one night, and if he trying to stay a second night I’m calling the cops”. Only reason I said that is because he has squatted years ago. I knew my gfs situation and have been trying to help her out and show her a decent life but it has seem to back fire. After that comment all hell broke on me because I’m a POS! Am I really though? Only reason I had said I’d call the cops was to show I was serious about one night because one turns to two, two turns to three and I had already known this was going to happen.
Anyone familiar with a hissing sound coming through the vents while the a/c is shut off. A/c currently doesn’t work but even with regular air there is a hissing sound coming from the vents. At one point the vents blew cloudy air out for a few days. Any ideas would help, I just have no idea where to start.

It’s been over half a year and I have not received an offer yet. What are the odds they throw it out? Will they try me as a first timer again with bit harsher penalties? It’s crazy because my license was never suspended and is still valid. We just have no idea what’s going to happen! Also a doctor wrote a letter basically saying the eye test is not sufficient to be used against me because xyz. It’s hard talking about this with anyone who hasn’t been through this.

On my first cycle ever. Started 10mg ac262 for two weeks. Just introduced another 10mg ac262 for a total of 20mg on the start of my third week. Cycle is going to last another 6-8 weeks. Was wondering if I should include enclomiphene and when? Only have 12.5mg pills of enclo. Should I introduce enclo eod the last two weeks of cycle and eod two weeks after my cycle? What would would be best or smartest without getting blood done.
