The rolling case, all of the individual set carrying cases, and every single set of ACL bags smell of dog urine... How would you attempt to address it?

I'm in total shock and absolutely devastated. This is not only likely around $1k worth of items, but some of it belonged to my recently deceased parent. It's irreplaceable. I'm trying to recoup as much as possible, so I'm hoping for miracle advice here.

(Please be kind. I can be humorous, so you can be humorous too, but this is a total blow to my heart.)

I am a plus size woman (early 40s) who has recently lost a large amount of weight (110 pounds over 2.5 years) and am feeling extra soft and flabby. This makes me want to seek advice from others for sizing.

Important facts:

--I have very little breast volume and have lots of sagging.

-- My breasts used to be more tubular, but I've recently noticed a shape difference where they don't sag with nipples straight down anymore and are more teardrop.

-- I do best with plunge bras with a bit of lift in them but am open to trying others.

-- I have one breast quite a bit larger than the other, making one cup often under or over-filled.

-- I have almost no volume up top at all.

-- I have had and breastfed 4 infants back to back.

-- I have had many weight changes in life--been everywhere from size 12 to 26 (in US dress sizing) over the course of my entire adult life.

All of these issues make for a hard time with bra shopping, but the pressure is especially on since I need to drive 1.5 hours away (in the US) to go bra shopping today.

I'm just seeking any advice from those who know more than I do. Any kind advice is welcome. Thank you.

Loose under: 40.5

Snug under: 39

Tight under: 37

Standing bust: 45

Leaning bust: 50

Lying bust: 46

I got a suggested starting size of 38H but also got "may not be accurate" warning, so that made me want to check in.

I love how Ravensburger pieces feel, and I love the wide variety of images they use that are my preferred art style, but I've become more heavily dependent on included posters with age (decline in eyesight), so I tend not to purchase Ravensburger puzzles these days. Are there other similar brands who do include the posters?

For those of you familiar with Xywav, can we talk about titration, please? I'm very curious about many things, like:

• How was your dosing decided?
• Did you discuss dosing when first started on Xywav?
• Were you told at the start that there would be a titration schedule? If so, did you know what that schedule was?
• How did you know you were at the right dose?
• Do some people stay at the original dose?

I'm in a unique position where I was told literally nothing when put on it, and then lost my provider. I don't even have an idea of what is typical but have learned so much just by watching posts on reddit. I'm trying to figure out what the norms are with this medication and providers.

I would love to hear all of your thoughts on titration.
