R. L. Burnside - Rollin and Tumblin
Raw performance from the man himself

Raw performance from the man himself
When you first hear the opening to “It’s Bad you know” you get a sense of the type of music your ears are about to experience. Burnside weaves blues, country, rock and sounds of the delta that creates an eclectic array of musical flavors that lash at the heart and stirs the blood. I found it interesting, if not criminal we didn’t have a Reddit community for this genius.
R. L. Burnside (November 23, 1926 – September 1, 2005) was an American hill country blues singer, songwriter, and guitarist. He played music for most of his life but received little recognition until 1995 when Burnside recorded and toured with Jon Spencer, garnering crossover appeal and introducing his music to a new fan base, particularly in the punkand garage rock scenes.
