I just lost over 4k on a home GFD thanks to lack of care, and communication from the loan department and a vice president. As soon as they discovered I couldn’t make the loan terms they went incommunicado leaving me for days to beg them to respond to forward a letter proclaiming my inability to meet the finance contingency. To this POS bank that’s pennies, but to me it’s literally a year of savings, and I just lost my brother and had to pay for funeral expenses. I’ve been with this bank for over 20 years and in a few days I will abscond every trace of myself from them. I hate you and hope to never do business with your terrible people ever again. You shouldn’t even be allowed to call yourself BOA. I will never forget this.

You face a murder in your family and lose a close loved one. Ok.

You yourself have to uproot your life that you worked hard to build in order to return home to help the family because— no fucking surprise— no one else steps up because they allowed all the bullshit to take them down. Ok.

Now you need to bury or otherwise humanely and civilly send off your loved one. Well, no fucking surprise— you don’t have the money for the burial or all the shit that comes after thanks to a society built on TAKING EVERY FUCKING CENT FROM YOU EVEN AFTER YOU DIE. Ok.
