Looking for German/European industrial, commercial & residential assets
I’m looking for a German industrial, commercial, and low/high-density zone pack. I only found the official German pack, but it only includes mixed and medium-density housing.
I’ve already found some good Dutch low-density options, but I can’t seem to find any good industrial, commercial, or high-density assets.
If you have any recommendations, I’d really appreciate them! Assets from the Netherlands or other European countries would be fine too, as long as they fit the style.

Looking for good German tram assets
I’m wondering if there are any good assets for German trams. I’ve been searching for hours, but I’ve only found metros/subways, trains, buses, and cars. I’m new to using assets and have already installed around 60 new ones, but I can’t seem to find any German tram assets.
Whenever I search for “German Tram” in the Paradox Asset Library, I get all kinds of unrelated results, but barely anything matching what I searched for.
Does anyone know where I can find some good German tram assets?

How do I stop pedestrians from walking on highways and jaywalking?
How do I stop people from walking on highway roads? Also, how do I stop people from jaywalking across roads without a crosswalk?

Lagging/FPS issues
Hey, as my city is getting bigger I am getting lags and FPS issues (mostly when I zoom in more).
Is there any fix for that or improvement?
System: i9-13900F | 64GB RAM | GeForce RTX 4070
It’s just kinda weird, on other games I get no FPS issues with High settings.

Should I change my base location?
My base hasn’t been found in two weeks. Today I logged in and checked everything. There was only one obsidian block missing and a little bit of damage, but everything else was exactly the same as before. I don’t know why no one took all the hoppers and other stuff. I have a big farm, but everything was untouched except for that small bit of damage.
Should I move my base to a new location?
I‘m pretty new to DonutSMP.
