Fur handling

Hello everyone, ive been trapping for a number of years and I enjoy it very much, as im sure all of yall do too. Ive always trapped on my family's private land and always had access to our "bonepile" for carcasses and family's garage and sheds to hang furs. Nowadays, I live far from my hometown in an apartment with a strict garage policy, wanting to trap on public land. How can I store furs for a bit until I have time to run to hometown and flesh em out and hang. Thanks.

Reported for the truth

Hello everyone. Not the biggest talker about politics but figured yall would get a kick out of this. I am a republican, always have and always will to the end.

There was a meme page here on reddit that posted about Trump passing someday and the libtards celebrating it. I commented saying if it was the other way around, the left would be in an uproar about it, not even 5 minutes later I was reported and comment was removed. The left doesnt wanna hear the truth, i couldnt imagine dedicating my life to hating a person so much that it controls your life. Anyways, have a nice day #MAGA.

Warped limb

Hello everyone. Quick to the point.. I have an old fred bear bow, a kodiak magnum, that was given to me. Ive compound hunted for years, but wouldnt mind using an old cool recurve, especially a Fred bear bow. I took it to a bow shop to see if they could possibly tune it and fix the warped limb. They called and said they couldnt do anything about it. Upon looking stuff up, at least what I could see, theres alot of info out there saying you can. So what do yall think

For into, its a one peice kodiak magnum. Not sure on the length. I will supply a picture of the limb later if needed. Thanks yall.

Exhaust help

Hello everyone. I have a question regarding exhaust options. A little backstory, before I have my now 2018 stx, I used to have 2 beater trucks that I used to love doing all sorts of stuff with. From lift kits to light bars and cherry bomb glas packs, i did it all. After constantly running to the junkyard with my old trucks, I vowed to myself with my new one that I wouldnt do any mods unless properly or maybe professionally done. My 18 i have a blow off valve, 3 inch lift kit, headache rack and tool box, and some other small mods. Regarding my exhaust, previous owner put on a 5 inch AFE exhaust. I put on a 5 to 6 inch tip and it sounds pretty decent for a 2.7. But I miss having that loud beater truck sound to it and I miss the fun of messing with the exhaust like my old trucks, so my question is, whats a simple and cheap muffler/glas pack i could get to have a nice sound? My only concern is that some people say that straight piped 2.7s sound like Lawnmowers. Any help is appreciated, thanks.

Skull cap help

Hello everyone. Im sorry if this isn't technically shed related so delete if needed. I have this elk skull cap with horns I wanna do a diy mount on. Given that the flesh and hair are crusty and have been on for a while, what are the best ways to get that gunk off? Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Jack plate

Hello, not necessarily a Jon boat related question, but thought id ask, I have a 14 foot Fisher jon boat. I plan on using it just for basic lake and river days, along with duck hunting and fishing. For what im gonna use it for, I dont need a huge or fast motor, so up to 15 horse is gonna be satisfying enough. Here's my problem, because im gonna be using it for duck hunting and more than likely gonna be in shallow or muddy water, would a jackplate on a small motor be smart? I know jack plates are for bigger motors, but I also like the look of one. I would get annoyed having to constantly tip and lower the motor depending on water levels. So if I put a jackplate up a bit, could that fight the need to constantly adjust? Transom is strong if it matters. Thanks

Bench seats foam

I put a post on here a while back and got some mixed answers about my question so id figure id ask again. I have a jon boat with 2 bench seats and a small deck. The bench seats have some pretty nasty waterlogged foam. Whats the cons to just leaving it in? What are the long term affects of bad foam? Am I okay just leaving it? I plan on putting carpeted plywood over the bench and screwing it to the bench but what about the foam underneath. I would have no issue tearing it out but that would take some time. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Anyone on here have a cb radio mounted inside their 15-18 f150? Specifically the long center console? Looking to try to find some mounting locations. Thanks.

Hello everyone. New to this sub but experienced somewhat with CBS. Ive had multiple radios in my old Silverado and I loved them for many reasons. My Silverado was junk anyways so I didnt care about mounting holes or whatnot. Now I have a nicer newer ford truck. Anyone on here with a 15-18 Ford f150 have a cb in them? Specifically with the long center console. If so, where did yall mount them. Asking because I want to see some good ideas before I go drill crazy with holes on a nice dash/center console. Thanks

Got an 870 that I personally dont see alot of. Ducks unlimited edition with the vintage reed pattern. My research shows they only came with a certain type of receiver as pictured. Serial # always starts with DUGG, meaning Ducks Unlimited Guide Gun. Anyone else have any info on these? Like i said, i dont see them around often.
