What is this?

27F, 5’7, 180 lbs. been having really bad body pain and a facial rash. Just constantly in a lot of pain. So I told my Dr and he ordered these tests. What does this point to? Plus I had a positive ANA, ESR was high, c reactive protein was high, and RIBOSOME P ANTIBODY was also high.
