I've currently come into possession of an 04 2.5rs with a seized engine, and severe hail damage, but with a clean interior.

I've been considering using it for a dash swap. I love the look and can handle the A-pillar gaps and fabrication side of things.

My question is...

Folks who have completed the swap, what kind of rattle issues have you come across? I'm looking to build this into a decent touring/canyon car, my dash is near mint as is. But I've also got an 04 Sti combination meter I wouldn't mind installing. I've just finished a full suspension rebuild with rear disc conversion.

I've never been a Ford guy, but this is still a sad sight...
