Caught on camera: Shelbyville mayor insinuates citizens opposing data centers are poor renters in ‘sh***y houses’
reddit.comVicbennar Kuxhezte Nimrath Journal Entry. Spoilers ahead
Spoiler warning again you've been warned.
>!Already so Kuxhezte Darkscale Kobolds survive to Vicbennar and are surrounded by unfriendly dwarves. They decide that to solve their problems they can use technology to rebuild their dead dragon got Nimrath. !<
>!In the course of the Journal entry you work with various interest groups to craft the body, source the materials, and then TRAIN THE NASCENT BODY in how it can lead your state. The nimrathian priests then do some mumbo jumbo and boom you have a 1400 year old immortal dragon robot leader named Nimrath the Red.!<
Very cool fun idea, I enjoyed it quite a bit, I do think the Journal Entry should require more artificer and automotive buildings but anyways. This post is mostly about the lore implications.
>!As I see it there are a few ways that this actually resolves. Either they succeeded in channeling a centuries dead dragon soul into a powerful artificial construct, or they didn't. I am very curious how other living dragons like Aakhet would react to this. If the kobolds rebuilt Nimrath then the entire dragon species could be brought back to life. If they just built a dragon robot then how close is it to a real dragon? !<
>!How does Nimrath feel about this? If it is actually his soul then how does a leader who last ruled in medieval times react to this brave new world? And if it is not him then how does this artificial god react to the worship of millions of Kobolds? What would happen to either as they face waves of Revolution or defeat as the state is still in an insanely precarious position.!<
>!All in all it reminds me alot of the end to Koboldizans tree, where they had artificially ascended several Kobolds to become dragons to replace those who had been killed.!<
Once again very cool, lore implications are wacky as heck, as expected of kobolds, and I can't wait to see what else gets cooked up by the devs!
My question is, is the reverse of synthetic ascension possible? Can robots sheath themselves in flesh and learn the joys of feeling?
