Newer Chicago fan here (since 2024) going album-by-album to learn their discography before I see the touring group in August. Does anyone know why “Harry Truman” was chosen as a single instead of “Never Been in Love Before”? The latter sounds like many of their amazing hits that I already heard prior to this year. I didn’t grow up in the 70s, so maybe the Truman song meant something to people back then (I read on the Wiki it had to do with Nixon’s resignation), but I absolutely adore the Love Before song and just don’t get Truman.

If U2 were to do a not-so-greatest hits tour and play ONLY deep cut songs, would you pay money to watch? I know I would.
