Recommend good mattress brands

So I moved into an apartment in February and bought a brand new Zinus 10 inch queen cooling comfort hybrid mattress. At the time i just needed a budget mattress and I got it for $200.

Well, now it absolutely sucks to sleep in and I am starting to have back pain and I just can’t get comfortable.

I’d say my budget is $1000. Recommend me comfortable mattress. I like kinda firm but more plush mattress.

EMT/ paramedic program

So I’m kinda at at off of what I want to do in life. I’ve been in pharmacy for the last 4 years but the market here is way too saturated and I haven’t been able to find a job in the last 3 months.

I decided to go for nuclear medical technology but I didn’t meet the prerequisite requirements. The program would’ve started in August so I am currently taking anatomy 1 + lab and physics + lab and then I would need to take anatomy 2+ lab to meet the requirements for the program. Now the only problem is that admission to the program is only offered once per year. So I’d need to wait till may next year to apply to start in August.

I’ve always been interested in being an EMT and eventually a paramedic. I like the line of work. I know I missed this semester but I could always do next semester. How is the program and what times are the classes? For context the closest campus is the dale mabry campus. Is it easy or hard and how hard is it to find a job after?

So how do I go about becoming a game warden?

My background is in pharmacy but the job market around me is way too saturated that I’ve been jobless for the last 3 months now.

I have 100+ college credits, I am physically fit (just need to work on my running) and I’ve always been interested in the field. I’m located in Florida.

Just got a new 2026 Corolla SE hybrid

Just got this beauty last night. Bought it certified pre owned with 4500 miles on it. Put $4k down and traded in my problem 2014 Subaru Outback for $3k and financed 22k. I absolutely love it and I look forward to the mpg I can get on this thing. Went from previously 25 miles/ gallon max on a good day to now 55 miles/ gallon.

2014 Subaru Outback jerking when accelerating

I have 137000 miles on the car. So my car currently has a KBB value of $3500-$4500.

I had brought it into the dealership because it was jerking when I would lightly press on the gas but only with speeds 45mph and under. The dealership said it was because of a tire bearing on my rear right tire and so they replaced it.

I also had them do a full inspection and other than that bearing, some bulbs and needing a transmission flush/ break flush there were no issues.

Well, driving home the jerking slowly started to come back and it got worse (I was being thrown forward in the seat) to the point where I was absolutely scared to drive it. I then called the dealership back and they can’t get me in till Monday. I’m so scared to drive it to the point where the dealership is 9 miles away and I’m having it towed there.

Well, I was looking up other issues and they are all expensive fixes to what this could potentially be. Like I had already just spent $1300 on the bearing, some diagnostics oil change + tire rotation, and the break fluid flush. I really don’t want to be spending more money.

The car already has some existing issues, a constant oil leak which is $6k to repair which I’m not worried about, I’ve had that problem since I’ve had the car in 2018. The buttons on the left side of the steering wheel don’t work (push to talk mainly so I can’t use Bluetooth) and that’s $700 to fix and my cigarette lighters constantly having the fuses blown which is about $100 a pop to fix.

In this case would it be worth it to just get a new (used) car or fix whatever is wrong with it? The car is paid off btw and I just had 4 new Michelin tires (was $1300) put on about 18k miles ago. I was kinda hoping to use up the tires before I get a new car but it’s seeming like I might just need to bite the bullet.
