Audio cracking on chromium

Hi

I was a Linux User and i wanted to try freebsd. I got everything working but i have now problems with the sound. When i try to play something, it starts to crack. I have OSS, sndio and PulseAudio because thats what came when installing KDE, and i want to keep PulseAudio (or PipeWire) because i can use plasma-pa only with that.

idk if this would be useful:
Operating System: FreeBSD 15.1

KDE Plasma Version: 6.6.6

KDE Frameworks Version: 6.28.0

Qt Version: 6.11.1

Kernel Version: 15.1-RELEASE (64-bit)

Graphics Platform: Wayland

Memory: 3.6 GiB of usable RAM

Graphics Processor: Mesa Intel® HD Graphics

Manufacturer: Acer

Product Name: Aspire 5742

System Version: V1.19

Can someone help me with the cracking? :)

[Guide] How to get Xiaomi Dialer instead of Google Dialer

There are people like me who don't Google Dialer for some reasons like the UI, the Hyperisland integration, etc. So I will show you a way to get the Xiaomi Dialer without root using ADB. You will need a PC with adb installed

- - - WHERE DOES IT WORK - - -

I've tried this in my Xiaomi Redmi Note 14 4G with Xiaomi HyperOS 3.1, Global ROM. So i think older versions will also work, but its possible that in a next update Xiaomi will lock this.

Go to About Phone -> Detailed information -> OS Version and tap on It. Enter your password. Then go to additional settings -> Developer options and enable "USB Debugging" and "USB Debugging (security settings)".

Then Connect your phone to the PC, open a terminal and type "adb devices". A device codename or something should appear

Then type "adb shell" and paste the following commands:

pm uninstall -k --user 0 com.google.android.dialer

pm uninstall -k --user 0 com.google.android.contacts

pm uninstall -k --user 0 com.android.phone.cust.overlay.miui

pm install-existing com.android.contacts

pm install-existing com.android.incallui

The first two uninstall Google contacts and Dialer. The third one removes Xiaomi's global ROM restrictions, and the last two install Xiaomi contacts and Dialer

Then type "exit"

You can unplug the phone

Then go to settings, apps, three dots, other settings, and then default apps. Select the Xiaomi Dialer as the Dialer.

And that's all

Sorry for my bad English, Spanish is my native language.

Also sorry if the sections' name in settings are wrong, i have my device in spanish.

Hope this helps.

If you have any doubt or issue you can ask me in the comments

Do you prefer live updates around the notch (islands) or Next to the hour/notifications

First example is Xiaomi HyperOS. Seconds example is Samsung One UI.

I had to use an image from reddit because i dont have a Samsung phone, thats the reason music is diferent
