(Quick PS, sorry Im so late, I worked 9 days in a row and was busy as all hell on my free time after work! So now I can finally get Nami out there!)

Nami (Child) -

Snivy - She obtained Snivy from Bellemere, her time in the marines, she’s had easy access to other pokemon from all over, she’s had the Snivy saved for whatever reason, and Snivy grew a liking to Nami due to them both having very similar personalities! (Snappy, stingy, a bit Thievy, and sarcastic too!)

Bounsweet - (there wasn’t an orange pokemon so this works) While playing in the Tangerine forest, she noticed a group of Murkrow swarming poor little Bounsweet, with the help of her Snivy, she’s able to scare them all off! Bounsweet loved her for that act of kindness, and Bellemere also loved seeing Nami do the right thing, she handed Nami an empty Pokeball, and had her catch it!

Buneary - During the raid of the Arlonh Pirates, this Buneary was trying to enjoy some tangerines when a few of the Arlong pirates caught her, Nami and her sister seen this and wanted to help, but couldn’t do much at their age, but they still made a plan, using Snivy’s stealth and thievery tricks, she was able to free Buneary quietly, and lead her back to Nami and her sister! Happy to be saved, Buneary decided to stick around with Nami! But ofc the happinesses didn’t last long as soon after they were rushed inside to hide and well….. ypu know what happens next *BANG*

Gimmighoul (Wondering form) - After being captured by Arlong, and forced to be his map drawing slave, during her trips to the village to collect the berries the town owed Arlong, she would fall for these weird tricks to give some of these non berry gold coins to gimmighoul until snapping back into it and lashing out on the little guy, this went on for years (she doesn’t catch it yet though!)

Nami (Pre-Time Skip) -

Servine - Evolving during the grouping years of her being a part of Arlongs Crew, Servine grew very powerful training against the Arlong Pirates and their pokemon due to them having majority water types! So Nami would win tons of better fights against them! Servine grew a lot more devious as well!

Steenee - Also evolving due to their type advantage, she wasn’t really the battling type, only doing it for Nami, but she wasn’t really the however the pokemon to help comfort Nami whenever things were going wrong, since Nami wasnt truly being herself, Steenee knew something was wrong, which is why she grew very fond of Luffy when he came around, cause she could since he could help free Nami from this false persona!

Lopunny - Buneary wasn’t really used a lot for Nami’s spars, almost like she was forgotten about! With the help of Luffy and the others, Nami was finally free and free to be herself, throught the time on the Straw Hat Crew, she was finally free to be herself, which also included being more fair towards her pokemon! She was able to rebuild her relationship with Buneary, raising its friendship! It didn’t evolve until during her battle with CP9, where Buneary jumped into action and evolved, blocking a massive hit from one of Kalifa’s Pokemon! Lopunny later on took after Nami’s idea of using their charm to win over things, which she would copy on other pokemon giving her many advantages in battle!

Gimmighoul (Chest form) - after many years of making her gather coins, he had nearly 999 coins, though, he had no way to get around with them! Once they defeated Arlong, they found an empty treasure chest in one of the side buildings, which Nami, while disappointed there wasn’t any treasure, knew the perfect use for it, she had Zoro carry it for her and went to see Gimmighoul, she then gave him the chest, which excited him so much! At that point, Nami had her own pokeballs, and caught him!

Nami (Post Time Skip) -

Serperior - She evolved over the 2 year time skip training, being able to battle against flying types, and other weather elemental types, she was able to find ways to combat her weaknesses, through types of dodging and other things alike! Also able to work together with Nami and her clime-attacks using moves like leaf tornado and such!

Tsareena - Picking up a lot of her new evolved personality from Nami, she’s become very elegant now, though it took her a while longer to evolve, not evolving until Whole Cake, during the fight with Big Mom’s Homies, she evolved, using her powerful kicks to help Nami and the other fight! (She also does kicking training now with Sanji and his pokemon!)

Lopunny - Not only did she learn more ways to defeat her foes with her elegance, she too learned many kicking moves and also learned how to use Nami’s staff when needed! Oh and she has a major crush on one of Sanji’s pokemon, which is very ironic!

Gholdengo - Evolving after finally getting 999 coins throughout their time with the Straw Hats, he has learned to surf on clouds and other things alike for all out attacks using Nami’s Climbe attacks to his advantage!! Also with his ability to pretty much make money kinda just appear, Nami LOVESSSS this little guy!

Castform - Given to Nami during her time on sky weather island, she learned even more about weather and such with the help of Castform! Learning his abilities to detect weather and such! She also learned hes able to hold himself in her staff, similar to Zues, which comes in handy for even strong climbe attacks!!

Altaria - Similar to Castform, she catches her on the Sky Weather Island, as they told her about a power dragon type that lives in the area that also has powerful connections to weather! She defeated her in a long battle, and catches her, but Altaria lets herself out of her ball, flies off, and returns with a Mega Stone, which Nami is then fought about mega evolution by the old guys!

(I know this is a shorter one, nothing super crazy, I have a headache and I’m still busy so bear with me 😭✌️ again, 30 upvotes and Usopp is next!!)

Child Luffy -

Grookey - Obtained Grookey from Garp, since he seemed fit to own a pokemon, but Garp would soon regret that decision once realizing how troublesome they are together, but his Grandson was happy so he couldn’t bring himself to take him away!

Aipom - While on his mini adventures with his two brothers, Ace and Sabo, his hat was stolen by this aipom, him and his brothers, along with their pokemon, joined together to get the hat back! Though, Aipom was only playing, Luffy realized and invited Aipom to be his first pokemon (outside of his starter Grookey), to join his crew (team lol)

Pre-Time skip Luffy -

Twackey - Evolved within the time between him growing up into the Luffy we see at the start of his pirate journey!

Aipom - Hasn’t learned the move double slap yet, though he will learn it around the Marineford Ark! (I know it’s a while but keep in mind One Piece in real time is only like what a few months? lol)

Breloom - Breloom watched Luffy and the gang from afar on Little Garden, he watches in awe that Luffy has a similar shaped head (cause of his hat) and stretchy arms! He sees Luffy and the others fighting and struggling against Mr. 3 and the other’s pokemon and jumps in to help them! With his help, theyre able to get the upper hand and defeat them! After that, Luffy asks him to join his team! Making him his official third team member!

Munchlax - Without knowing, he snuck onto the ship at the baratie, he basically stayed completely unnoticed by everyone for a whole like 12 Arcs up until Water 7! The crew was obviously suspicious of why the food kept disappearing so fast but obviously they kept putting the blame on Luffy! At water 7, after the ship’s damage is revealed, the crew finally get a glimpse of Munchlax, taking a likening to all of them, Munchlax finally builds up the courage to introduce himself! Nami adores him, mainly for how sneaky he was all that time! Sanji goes crazy at him for all the food hes stolen and ate, while Luffy cracks up over it! Sanji makes a meal for everyone and through the bonding of loving good food, Luffy jumps the gun, asks Munchlax to join the crew, and without hesitation, joins his team! (I wasn’t sure how to put him in properly so bear with me!)

Post- Time skip Luffy -

Rillaboom - Twacky evolved during his training with Luffy and Reiliegh, during which he’s informed of his hidden form that he could access with the help of Luffy (wink wink) said form doesn’t show up until the fight with Kaido, which during the hear give transformation, Rillaboom Gigantamaxs and provides Luffy with the sound of the drums of liberation!! (See why I gave him that 🔥🔥😎)

Ambipom - Finally Evolves after learning double slap during the war, evolving gave him that extra step into helping Luffy during the battle, going all out against the Marines and their pokemon!

Breloom - Obviously can’t evolve anymore, but he’s learned how to mimic a lot of Luffy’s gum gum moves, allowing them to double up on moves, such as double pistols and such!

Snorlax - Munchlax doesn’t really do a ton while with the straw hats, hes basically a lazier Zoro (no offense), he just eats and eats! While he will battle when needed, he doesn’t do a lot of it! Now everything changes once they reach Whole Cake! He becomes a whole different pokemon, eating EVERYTHING he can fit into his mouth! So much that he evolves into Snorlax! With this new evolution, he’s able to eat even more! Also giving Luffy an advantage against the Big Mom Pirates due to his seemingly endless hunger! (PS, he LOVES taking naps on the Sunny with Zoro, with Zoro sometimes falling asleep on top of him!)

Lucario - During his training with Reighlieh (Im butchering spelling sorry), Luffy learns more about Haki, which Reighlieh brings up a rare pokemon, that can use Haki like abilities, using something known as aura! He takes Luffy to the area that said pokemon is said to be hiding away! Lucario appears and jumps at Luffy, he then takes on Luffy and his team, nearly whipping out his entire team, but with the help of his Breloom he’s able to best Lucario! After losing, Lucario offers his hand, confused, Luffy asks if Lucario would like to join him, Lucario nods, but before he gets in the ball, he returns to his cave! Luffy, left confused, sees a shiny object in Lucarios hand…… A mega stone (Lucario Z) Reighlieh then teaches Luffy about Mega evolution and how to access it! Which he won’t entirely master until Dres Rosa!

Tropius - Tbh, I couldn’t think of anything crazy for his final team member, so I gave him Tropius cause he saw it, thought it was funny looking and gave him free food whenever, and can fly, so Luffy caught it making it his 6th and final member 😂 I’d say he found it between Punk Hazard and Dres Rosa!

Hope you all enjoyed my lil Pokemon x One Piece thingy, I have teams for the rest of the crew! I’ll post more depending on how popular this gets! So hope you enjoy! (Ofc now I Notice I Mispelled Hat in the title 😭)

These are the teams that each character would have if the original anime was altered. This time I decided to go by the original game of Black and White and replaced Iris and Cilan with Bianca and Cheren as Ash's companions for the series, though what they had in PokeCharms was the B2W2 designs. I even put Clemont in here as well with a full team for Bonnie that he would catch for her on their journey through Kalos. I added on to Clemont's roster that would be a good fit for him and used some of the Pokemon originally used by Ash, Iris, and Cilan to make up Bianca and Cheren's roster with some that they originally owned or were a good match for them.

Galar, Paldea, and Masters seperate animes.

These are the teams that each character would have if the original anime was altered. This time I did it with May, Dawn, and Serena. I altered their roster with Pokemon they already had, replaced others, and add more that match them. One that I always thought that Serena should have was a Rhyhorn since they are really attracted to her and it would be a gift from her mom.

Galar, Paldea, and Masters seperate animes.
