Invisalign is it faster with hEDS?

Hello gang. I (35 F) have hEDS, diagnosed in June. I've just been fitted for invisalign today, i never really cared about the straightness of my teeth but my dentist advised I priortise it to ensure my gums are healthy and to avoid unnecessary inflammation. So now I as a grown woman have invisible braces.

I'm curious if any adults with hEDS had invisalign and found it went faster than they anticipated? I am secretly hoping that faster invisalign could be an unexpected upside on hEDS.

Edit: seeing other posts it looks like fast moving teeth is normal. Curious how long it took folksto finish invisalign. My teeth are overall strong, no cavities and are just over crowded and wonky af.

IgG

Hello gang,

I recently had a barrage of blood tests as a part of an Ehlers Danlos diagnosis plus my annual check up. There was a IgG panel included where everything lit up as high. I have known food intolerance (gluten and lactose) but no allergies. Now I did not even know this test was included so after the initial what the fuck decided to look into it.

Seems like it is largely considered not clinically useful and just shows food you've been exposed to. I am curious how I scored high for wheat and goats milk when I eat neither.

I understand this isn't strictly food allergy (that's more IgE) related but figured this group of humans is pretty likely to have come across this and have an opinion on it. Is it in any way useful to have these results? Should I be giving my Clinician some serious side eye now?

AI is killing the vibe

I recently changed roles internally from a technical sales role to more of a business value role at a SaaS company. I'm only a month in and we've had massive push for AI, new tools built & launched, competitions that run for months, with entire weeks blocked for build time.

Initially I really tried to be enthusiastic but I am so tired of talking to agents all day, waiting for the world's slowest over engineered bot to to finally load. It also feels like AI is being used as an excuse to not improve human process. I has someone say today that we don't need to talk to customer or understand why they use our software... if there is a risk AI will find it. AI will find SOME obvious risks but if no one is in there asking a customer "how does this help you?" then what call transcript or data is AI magically going to use to find the issue!?

This is likely exacerbated by me being new at my job, not know what I'm doing and needing more sunshine lol.

Anyone else tired of staring at agents and hearing that AI will solve everything?

Reccomendations

Going on an anniversary trip to Tahoe in June.

Staying near Heavenly Village and looking for recommendations. Fancy restaurants, good hikes, must hit beaches or generally awesome places to visit! Anything welcome. We will be there for about 6 days.

I'm not from the US so don't know much about the area apart from the fact that there is great nature and a massive lake lol My American husband's knowledge is not much better!
