Period on my wedding day 😭 How did you deal with it?

I got my period today and just realised that based on my cycle, there’s a pretty good chance I’ll be on my period on my wedding day next month 😭

For anyone this happened to, how did you deal with it? I’ll be in a big bridal dress for so many hours and I’m already thinking about the bathroom situation, especially potentially needing someone to help me every time

Did it actually affect your day as much as you expected, or was it fine once everything got started? Any practical tips would be very appreciated!

Menorca in October for 4 nights – Ciutadella or Binibeca?

I’m visiting Menorca for 4 nights in October. I love Binibeca, but after some research I’m thinking Ciutadella might be a better base and we could visit Binibeca for a day instead.

Would you recommend that? Also, is it still warm enough to swim in early October, and how is the water? Any must-sees for a short trip?

What's one thing nobody warned you about when moving abroad?

I'll be moving abroad in about a month, and everyone keeps telling me to enjoy these last few weeks at home.

The thing is... I can't.

Instead of feeling excited all the time, I feel this constant heaviness in my chest. I feel guilty for not appreciating the time I have left here, guilty for leaving my family, and guilty because it feels like I'm already grieving a life that hasn't even ended yet.

I know moving is something I've wanted for a long time, but I didn't expect it to feel like this.

Did anyone else experience something similar before moving? What's one thing nobody warned you about?
