How valuable is a Bachelor of Applied Science with a minor?

Looking at a Bachelor of Applied Science in Management of Information Systems.

I have a working background as a Health Information Management (HIM) Specialist and Enterprise Master Patient Index (EMPI) Analyst.

I have a college background of an associate's degree in science and an Applied Associate's Degree in Science in an Occupational Therapy Assistant program.

I currently work in healthcare but neither of the jobs above. I'm really just looking to get a bachelor's in anything to just start a career at this point. Something like systems analyst or business analyst.

Is this one where I'd be set up well after graduation? Is this a respected degree? Will my school/career path flow well enough if I were to switch to more business over healthcare?

Is the BAS with MIS minor still an option?

Google says it's going away but I'm emailing back and forth with the new student enrollment specialist and she's acting like it's still an option. I'm asking her but won't hear back until tomorrow. just wondered if anyone knew

As a Naruto fan of 20 years, I just read all of Boruto and TBV. My thoughts:

I love Naruto and I love Shippuden. I just read the entire manga after countless rewatches of the anime. I tried the Boruto anime before and just couldn't get into it other than the Momoshiki arc. Honestly, I like Boruto.

Departure from ninja: This is a critique. It's very different than OG naruto. It's not as good in my opinion, but it's a new thing. Karma and Ohtsutsuki feel different enough that I can accept that these characters are stronger because they're in a different category of fighting with the scientific ninja tools. Other than how Kaguya appeared, I like the Ohtsutsuki.

New characters: I like most of the new kids. They need more attention to others besides Kawaki and Boruto but so did the OG show. Sarada needs more to do, but it seems like she's finally getting it. Boruto is annoying AF at first but he's pretty cool. Naruto inspired and also Sasuke inspired, I like it. Kawaki is also really cool. The stuff that happens during the Isshiki fight and his strong desire to protect Naruto no matter what is a good mirror of Sasuke's strong desire for revenge no matter what.

Use of OG characters: They need to incorporate more OG characters even if they just appear. Where tf is Kakashi and all the other leaf ninja besides Shikamaru.

Shikamaru: he's kind of a douchebag now. He's ranked down a little for me.

Kurama: I can suspend my disbelief about him being a nuclear physicist and creating this new kamikaze attack because of how tragic his death was. Very emotional watching his last interaction with Naruto (I watched clips of the anime after I read the manga).

Art style: Phew boy. It's rough, I'm not going to lie. It's better at times than others and I can buy into it, but it is vastly inferior to Kishimoto's art. Quite lazy too. Very little background work for a monthly manga.

The belts: Why tf does everyone have a belt that can wrap around their body 3x. That sucks. Some of the fashion is a little extra. Sarada's outfit is pretty aggressive too in TBV. It'll probably be better animated.

Overall: I do like Boruto. It's interesting and feels like it's not a craaaazy leap. It will depend on the ending for me too. If it's a happy ending for Naruto & Co., it'll be great.

Any help on getting a job with the state?

This crazy image is about a year’s worth of applying to Office Associate level roles. Any tips and tricks or is it just luck? I’ve revamped my resume several times and I have more experience required than the 2 years of office experience, WPM goals, etc.

What can I do with my clinical and HIM experience?

I’m absolutely lost in finding a career right now. I live and work in the Midwest at a large hospital. I’ve bounced around all trying to find out what I want to do that pays well but at this point I’ll take anything that pays at least solidly.

30yo
Associates in Science
Applied Associates Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant
1 year Assistant Manager of a grocery store
1 year as an Occupational Therapy Assistant
1 year as a Radiologic Technologist Assistant
6 months as an EMPI Analyst (temp situation)
7.5 years as a Health information specialist

I’m looking at Cerner and Epic jobs, I’ve applied to nearly 100 state jobs, looked at remote jobs. I feel like I’ve looked at everything I can think of for over a year. What can I do?

Is a Cerner Analyst safe with an Epic conversion next year?

I’m switching from clinical and past HIM experience to a Clinical Systems Analyst role. I really want this job but I believe they only work on Cerner at the moment. Our hospital is switching to epic next February. What Will happen to this position at that time? I interview in a few wins and I’m hoping to make this job my career for the next 35 years

Obviously big change, so I still have to process it but it feels much better. Picture 2 is with an old pair of glasses just to test the waters on the look. Definitely down for some glasses recommendations.

I want to do it. I’m tired of fearing the wind, but I just feel like I don’t have enough going on to look good bald. Eyebrows and beard. Thoughts, tips?
