Could Henrietta/Jaeger be reasoned with?

I feel like Henrietta would be more reasonable, yes she's a grunt, but she was abandoned in the biohazard place for a while, so she wouldn't have been subjected to whatever Murkoff does to make grunts angry and hostile. Some of her voicelines are just "Hold me", same with the Jaeger, but she is kind of more broken in that form so it's probably less likely

I've got nearly 250 hours but I don't think I've improved very much, I'm still at the bottom of the leaderboard the majority of the games and I usually die first, while my friends who have like half my play time are like all golds or plats. I don't really know what to do at this point

Do I have to actually buy bo7 to get the operators for the animated glitch skins?

I'm asking because I just finished the first Act and I was looking at the second one and I don't have any of the characters, I looked and saw you unlock Falkner at level 13 and I'm at level 54 so I'm confused if I need to actually spend money to get a cool skin
