Hi all,

We're setting up some Teams rooms with the new Crestron Collab Computer. Some of them don't show the onscreen keyboard so there is no way to join via ID, call ad-hoc, or log into the settings from the touch panel.

Did many reboots.

Wen't in the Windows side, keyboard works just fine there when activated.

Anybody got the same issue?

I could re-image it, but don't want to when not necessary.

I called Crestron support, they told me that this keyboard comes from the Windows side, so I need to contact Microsoft support...

I'm like, you build this machine, you support it.

They tried to deliver, but nobody was home. That can happen.

So they put one of those 'sorry we missed you' cars in the mailbox, but leave it empty.

In the track and trace link I got from Bol, they've put in that it's being sent to pick up point, but don't mention which one.

There is only one, so I go there with the card, they don't have it and the parcel number on the card is not in the system.

I try to call customer service, 20 min of hold music, no answer.

Then later that week I get notified by Bol that they have received the return and will pay me back ...

The best part, I've got a €6,59 charge on my phone bill for 20 min of hold music and no answer...

Has anybody used these media displays before in Q-SYS?

Should be able to display a PNG, JPEG, or GIF image via url.

Using 1 works most of the time, but I'm working on a script where I would get url's with images from a https API call and that's where I'm stuck.

On startup I reset them all with an empty url string, sometimes that works, sometimes it does not.

When doing the https call, I get the url's that contain images. Works completely fine, until I want to put those url's in the media display to show that image.

Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't...
