Why PWC conduct BGV twice, pre and post releasing offer letter? Before releasing offer letter I had to submit documents to Digi verify and now again after getting offer letter I had to submit all documents to Pinketron.

Hey, can anyone please help me to clear a doubt.

I received an offer from PWC and they have processed the BGV. My concern is during COVID period 2022 I received offers from 2 companies A and B (BPO role) at the same time and I joined company A but Company B even after declining the offer they initiated my PF for a month.

I don't have any documents from Company B, even after multiple follow-up mails this Company B is not responding. In my PF I have an overlap of 14 days. I am really worried now what if they revoke my offer letter, I haven't mentioned about these 2 companies in my CV or BGV because it's a BPO role.

I visited the EPFO office also but no help.

EPFO Overlapping

I need some advice regarding a background verification issue that is affecting my career.

Back in September 2021, as a fresher, I received offers from both Concentrix and Accenture for BPO/non-voice roles. I joined Concentrix but attended only 3 days of onboarding before leaving because I realized the role was not suitable for me. Being completely new to the corporate world, I did not formally resign and effectively absconded.

Around the same time, I had also received an offer from Accenture. I never physically joined or worked there. I informed someone in a WhatsApp onboarding group that I would not be joining because I planned to continue my studies, but I never formally declined the offer.

After completing my studies, I worked successfully in multiple MNCs from 2023 onward and never faced any issues during background verification. Recently, after taking a career break for surgery, I applied for a new role and failed BGV because records show an overlap between Concentrix and Accenture in 2021.

Concentrix confirmed through email that I stopped attending after 3 days, but their records still show an exit date about a month later. Accenture appears in my EPFO records even though I never actually worked there. I have contacted both companies requesting corrections, but so far nothing has changed.

Now I have cleared interviews for another opportunity, and I'm worried the same issue will arise again.

Has anyone faced a similar situation involving PF records, onboarding records, or employment overlap due to administrative records? What documents or explanation helped you clear BGV successfully?

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Locked jaw for 1 year despite arthrocentesis – feeling lost and looking for advice. I am from Bengaluru, India.

Hi everyone,

I'm a 29-year-old female from Bengaluru, India, and I've been struggling with TMJ issues and a locked jaw for almost a year now.

After consulting multiple doctors, I've been told that my open bite and tongue-thrust habit (my tongue rests between my teeth instead of on the roof of my mouth) are likely major contributors to my TMJ problems. Over time, this seems to have affected my bite and jaw function significantly.

My symptoms include:

Locked/restricted jaw opening

Jaw discomfort and stiffness

Difficulty eating certain foods

Open bite

Tongue resting between my teeth

A few months ago, I underwent arthrocentesis (needle wash) hoping it would improve my condition, but unfortunately, I'm still dealing with limited jaw movement and ongoing TMJ issues.

What makes this journey difficult is that every specialist seems to have a different opinion. Some focus on the TMJ itself, while others say the root cause is my bite and tongue posture.

I'm feeling quite lost and would love to hear from anyone who has experienced something similar:

Did anyone develop TMJ because of an open bite or tongue thrust?

Were you able to improve your symptoms?

Did orthodontic treatment, myofunctional therapy, splints, physiotherapy, or surgery help?

Which specialist ultimately helped you the most?

Living with a locked jaw for almost a year has been physically and emotionally exhausting. Any advice, experiences, or success stories would mean a lot to me.

Thank you for reading.
