Failed NCLEX 3x HELP

I'm currently using Saunders and simple nursing study guides. I overthink my answers a lot , I have adhd really bad and take meds for it but it sometimes gets very overwhelming and my brain just gives up. Idk how to make stuff stick to my brain. This cpr was better than the last 2 I got so I know I was on the right track. My weak point is def OB rn. I'm making flashcards for development stages. I wake up at 7am , take my meds and get to studying , I take a break here and there ofc. I started studying until my med wears off which is for 7hrs. I'm getting frustrated with myself. I been out of school for a year now and it feels never ending. Please help, am I close , what should I focus on

HELP

This was my last attempt. I really REALLY want to pass this time around. I'm currently using Saunders questions on evolve and a little but it hurts but not a lot. I think Saunders is helping more. Anything you recommend more? I only work about 4 hrs but I have such a hard time studying. Like I will literally yawn. I also take adhd meds here and there to help me but I don't take it often. I need help retaining things to my brain. I feel like sometimes it goes out from one ear to another no matter how much I study it. This studying has made me not want to do anything until I pass LOL. Any advice you can give me studying wise? I also feel like I see so many things online and I wanna try each and every but I know Saunders is what's really helpful. TIA <3
