Anyone else have weird experience with Hagan Realty?
We are working with them on our forever home, but what they are telling me vs what I am researching are different. Almost all their homes listed in the past two three months were not sold at the starting value (then again when are they ever). Majority are 20-30k in price reduction and some are still for sale. Looking at the property tax assessed value vs their listing prices are vastly far off. Their slogan is 1000 homes sold since 2001 - seems like a small number of homes. Just looking for someone to offer guidance if we should continue. Thanks.
