Characters for SW ttrpg

Thought I'd share a drawing I made of my kaminoan engineer and my friends' ardennian jedi who we will be playing in a Star Wars. This is so far away from what I usually draw but it was fun... and I still got the rest of the party to draw.

Creatures I made for my world

These are some critters I've made these past day for my world. I don't have a lot of lore for them yet as I usually start with the visual side. The only one I have just started to develop is the first one. It is called a Ta'sal and is a herbivore that lives around the desert and is around 145 cm at the withers. [EDIT] these are just the first version of these creatures so they will surely change as time goes on... except for the tas'al, I love that little fella xD If you have any suggestion for what to add/remove/tweak please let me know

The world itself:
The world these creatures inhabit is called Galathea and is the first world I've committed to fully develop... well, as far as I can, at least. Galathea is a high fantasy world where the people recently, around a century ago, overthrew an almost all-expansive empire. The once unified lands have struggled with wars as new borders rose and fell. However, something mysterious is also going on as everyone knows about the Empire, they knew it was bad, they knew many of its Gods were banned yet even though plenty of people were alive no one can actually remember much of it. I cannot go too much into detail just yet as this is a place and story my Daggerheart players are going to explore.

Woody

Yeeehaaaaw! I hope you haven't grown tired of the horses, I'm having so much fun creating them xD
This one could come with a lit tail which might result in unexpected and very sudden consequences!

Prompt: Flora

I'm currently planning some of the flora of my world and it made me realise just how many funky plants there are. Plants that eat insects, plants that only bloom once a decade, plants that need fire to spread or wake up seeds, deserts that looks dead only to explode with flowers that were hidden and waiting for a flood and flowers that look/smell like a bee to lure other bees there.

What plants are there in your world with very unique properties and why did they evolve to have/do that?

HEAL HIM

"HEAL HIM!!!"

"I... it doesn't... it doesn't work..."

- - - - - -

Last session I died! We were heading towards a cave to clear it out from bandits but after two close encounters I had suffered too much damage combined with low death saves (a 6 and a nat 1) and my friends unable to get there in time... so one story comes to an end.

Or does it...? My friends watched in confusion as my body was enclosed in a layer of ice and a whispering laugh filled the silence...

"Found you."

Cannot wait to see what my friends will do now :D

Free Horse Tokens by me

Today I made a bunch of horse tokens because I didn't feel well and horses make me happy. Feel free to use these for your maps and games! Horses need more love and are important companions to many souls in all of our worlds after all.

Do not include this in any paid content, this is meant to be enjoyed by everyone and not hidden behind pay walls. If you use it please credit me in the description and post a link to your work in the comments so I can check it out :D <3

These are a bunch of tokens I've made for me and my friends DnD and Daggerheart campaigns. The top two rows are for the game I GM and the bottom two rows are some of the ones I made from the game I'm a player in :D

Question: Jousting mechanics

Hello everyone!
I am looking for suggestions on how to implement a jousting event in my campaign as I do not want to overwhelm my players with too many dice rolls while telling a story.

So in jousting you get different points depending on where you hit the target. I was thinking that perhaps the players would make an agility roll to see if they could move the lance into position and they have to meet or beat the DC for the locations, for example DC14 to hit shield, DC19 to hit torso and DC23 to hit head and a critical to knock the challenger off the horse. I am a little unsure if I should add things like controlling the horse, but I feel like they'd might need to make like a strength or agility save to stay on their horse if they're hit hard.

What do you think? Should I only have them roll for attack and have their opponents do the same, or should I have attack+defense for them but they only have to land attacks on the opponent?

(sorry for any grammar/spelling mistakes, English is my second language and this thought hit me while trying to sleep xD)
