I started 3 weeks ago so far hunger is still there. Should I wait till week 5 and then up the dose to 4mg. Or should i change it to 3mg now? Anyone here had same issues. What should I do.

He said he ll sent me tracking today but to my surprise nothing not only he deleted our TG chat but hes not responding to any reddit dms. He gave me BSB N ACCT NO and name associated with that acct. I think hes using mules or courier step up who knows.So can I recover my $$$ or am I fkd.
