New leave in conditioner

Got this new color correction leave in that has purple in it to hopefully lighten up the dirty blond in my hair and make it brighter (also hairier is just rubber band colored I thought it was pink not tan tbh but everyone last time time thought it was a rubber band it’s not dw that would hurt😂😂)

Edit leave in is callers kérastase Paris, blond absoul cicaplasme (no idea what that says I’m sorry😭)

Rate my chest and body fat%

First I am curious as to my bodyfat rn I estimate 9-10%, second what parts of my chest can I improve should I start focusing more on upper, overall size or lower I think my chest personally is my weakest feature and also just weakest part of my body so i definitely need to bulk it up (I on a slight bulk by abt 300 calories but I do also weekly do a cut under maintenance by 100 calories to make sure I don’t gain much body fat back)

Rate my back

What parts of my back should I work on improving also what are some posing tips or other poses that would show off my best features well?

After beach day bun drop

This was after the beach so my hair was salty but I did rinse it out after and once I got home put my leave in in for the night but I do think their salt did almost help my roots a little look slightly less frizzy

First Ollie (on grass)

I was finally able to pull off a Ollie on the grass does anyone have any tips how to get comfortable doing this while either rolling or on pavement I feel like I’m not landing where i necessarily should be either since I stepped off so I guess it doesn’t actually count 😂

First filmed roll-in

Nothing crazy at all but I finally got comfortable
Enough to roll into the shallow part of the pool and all the way into the bottom bowl, finally getting comfortable turning I have a surfing and snowboarding background so I feel it’s similar with using your back foot to pump and turn but front is there to direct and keep balance. What I do need to work on if any one has some advice is leaning forward enough but not too far to where I faceplant but not to far back where I slip out at the bottom (filmed on my GoPro max2 more learning to skate so I can honestly be the camera man more than anything but i would love to learn some tricks) hopefully tho my goal is to fully drop in from the coping by the end of summer break (about a month)

The journey from 340-195

Couple years ago I started my weight loss and lifting journey and this has been it so far (my eventual goal is to get back up to 215 and stay under 10%) (first 6 photos were me at my Biggest didn’t really care abt how I looked or my health, then I locked in last ones are most recent I wish I had more during the journey but I was so self conscious I never took photos of myself untill more recently)

Tips to reduce split end damage for curly dirty blond hair? (first post)

I’m using this purple color enhancing conditioner eod and went through a redkin treatment but I think it added too much protien and could have overloaded and dried out my hair the first pic is from before I cut and did the treatment second is after third is before the treatment but after I cut it, I think I’ll let it grow back out to the first length again then just not use the reskin and just trim off the split ends but I would take any advice on how to just reduce them in the first place so I can grow it longer
