Got my first teaching job at Sidney... thoughts?

Hi all, I just moved to the area and (unfortunately) Binghamton high school wasn't hiring for my content area so I applied to Sidney and was accepted! Yay! Does anyone know anything about the area or district? I did research and visit the school, but of course that's surface level stuff. Anything would be appreciated, thanks :)

My Dad moved my car 3 blocks away because I parked in the driveway.

So I have one of those driveways that goes all the way into my backyard, its a relatively long driveway, could likely fit about 8 cars up against each other. My Dad is a very stubborn man and does not like having to play "musical cars" to get his truck out when he needs to go somewhere, which I totally get. However, I leave first for work every morning so it makes sense that my car would be in the front? But alas, this is unacceptable. He needs to be able to get out at ALL times no matter what (he has literally nowhere to go) so he told me I was no longer allowed to park in the driveway. Im 22 and the eldest daughter so essentially I laughed at him and was like yeah ok great.

FAST FORWARD TO THIS MORNING. I leave my house for work and my car is literally just not there. The spare key was gone, and my Dad texted me "good luck finding your car". Thankfully, I have a 2025 VW so the app has a gps on it for my car, but he literally parked it 3 blocks away so I had to walk to get it. I live in the suburbs, so it wasn't a crazy walk or anything, he's actually a manchild because like... there was absolutely no reason to do that besides being petty. Now that I'm typing this out I'm thinking this should go under "extremely infuriating" lol.

Edit: guys im 22 years old im moving out hopefully within the next few months. the point i was trying to make was that it was just an unnecessary argument because i leave first every morning for work, and he has nowhere to go lol. sure you can talk about principle but like i said im never blocking him in really because i leave before he gets up and come home after he does.

Edit 2: sorry guys the driveway is 8 cars long meaning one long row of cars so we cant park next to each other. also i pay bills as well i promise im not some bum kid mooching off her parents lol. i've worked since i was 16 and ever since have contributed in one way or another to the house. my phone is shitting itself bc of all the replies! thanks for the love and not so much love ❤️

Best place to meet celebrities after a concert at MSG?

Hi all! So I have a concert coming up at MSG and I was wondering where would be the best place to meet the celebrity I'm seeing after the show. Is there a place they park their tour buses? Or specific doors they use to go in/out? If not, is there a common bar or club they like to go to after the shows? Not trying to sound stalkerish, just a long time fan girl 😅
