honestly haven’t watched them all but i’ve watched 3 so far and even tho the animation is GORGEOUS
the story itself in all 3 were so boring and bland i thought Your Name was extremely lame and i wish i understood the appeal for his work 😭

i finished Weathering with You last night and was expecting ppl to agree the story was extremely boring but NOPE apparently it’s a masterpiece? a lot of his movies always feel like something is missing and i just wish i could pin point what that is! idk i hope i don’t offend people i just wanna know if anyone feels the way i do!

all my life i’ve grown up with far right winged parents and grandparents tbh i never really cared much for politics until semi-recently,

but with the state of the current world.. it’s been really hard having to fly back home to western aus after living in melbourne for 4 years and hearing non stop by my family about how great Pauline Hanson is and how amazing Trump is! when i know damn well they’re both just evil corrupt idiots.

today was probably the worst of it, i was having lunch at a nice beach hotel with my grandpa,auntie,brother and mother when my grandad just starts yapping on about his family dna history and had to blurt out that he was 2% N word 😭

it was so loud!!! i genuinely felt so embarrassed considering there was people of colour around us. they also started talking about how climate change isn’t real and how awful jewish people are and they all loudly agreed they were voting One-Nation ( australian far right winged political party )

when he turned to ask if i was left or right i said i was left becuz i truly think all of man kind has the same goal in this life, which is to love and support their families. i’ve understood the sudden influx of immigrants to australia can be alarming for my all white family but i genuinely just wish they could understand my point of view on things..

it really sucks they think so harshly based on peoples cultural backgrounds becuz at the end of the day nobody can choose what part of earth they’re brought into.

anyway idk what to do my family absolutely loves and adores me spoils me rotten with expensive gifts and food and just generally treats me like royalty but i can’t help but stay quiet and just pretend im not listening. HELP

Hello! so recently a guy charged me $346 to change my kitchen taps ( 15 minute job btw ) and i feel extremely ripped off ever since then my shower has been cold/lukewarm and the pressure has dwindled EXPONENTIALLY idk how but he must have fucked something up becuz now i cant shower at all without freezing to death can someone help me?! at all
