I got his DNA test back today and Sammie Jr. is 70% pittie! I was expecting beagle, Boston or border collie to be in the mix and he is none of them! What he is is a spaz, we love him.
OK, listen up! There’s been an influx of vegetarian/vegan curious people lately asking for advice and I remembered and recently rediscovered just how good Amy’s tofu scramble is, bowl or burrito form, and how that was what I ate for breakfast all the time almost every day when I first went vegan eight years ago. The bowl has 20 g of protein! It’s OK to start with frozen meals and those Gardein mini sliders were also my breakfast or lunch most days back then too. I’ve since moved onto a more whole foods/less processed approach in my diet, but this shit is good and you know what I still lost 30 pounds my first three months being vegan with the same caloric intake as omnivore.
