We are trying to help out this customer who grossly overpaid and signed after a five hour presentation to end it. In Pennsylvania, there is a three day cancellation by law. No one in my company has ever seen anything like this so we have no idea.
The company only sent this document after being told they wanted to cancel and it was not included in the document packet after originally signing. Which gives us the feeling they copy and pasted the signature as the customer stated she has never seen this or was made aware.
They are trying to deliver materials and start the job on Saturday the 26th the fourth day after the signing. We feel this is because they understand that they can’t start on the third day because the customer could still cancel, but they threatened her with a lawsuit and said the job has to move forward
We feel that it’s grossly immoral what’s happening and want to try to help but none of us have ever seen this and don’t even know if it’s legal to waive

A basic understanding of a three part swing, FIRST move in, SECOND move hands out at the top, and THIRD hands down at contact to get rid of slice and now I’ve gained 30 yards and substantial accuracy. Pretty much the title. I’ve been trying to focus on contact and consistency but at the cost of my backswing shortening. The downfall there is I’ve pretty much had to over compensate to get the distance I’d like to see.
