When I press play this happens without the cd installed as well as when the cd is installed and then it turns off and the display shows batt 00 only. Does anybody know what's happening here?
Got this walkman for 5 bucks on Facebook marketplace in this condition with missing top chassis one button and battery compartment cover. I cleaned it and changed the Belts but it still has wow and flutter issues likely due to hardened idler tire and pinch roller. I want to fully restore it but I can't find any replacement parts in my area and also what to do about the chassis and back cover?
