I want help with my motivation essay

I want help with my motivation essay

I graduated high school and I am trying to write a motivation essay to apply for university of Rome Tor vergata. I am having such a hard time writing because I dont know how to form my words and I keep asking ai to review my essay and it keeps on criticising my essay. It's either giving me way too much high vocabulary use to show my competence or making me tone down do sound really impactful. It's also saying I'm either writing a sob story or writing like a machine with no real touch. I keep on modifying it and re writing it but I always end up with flaws. Can someone genuinely read my essay out , review this and help me ? Here's my essay:

From my earliest memories, I was held accountable for my younger siblings. As the eldest child in a conservative household in Oman, supporting them and assisting with their education became a central part of my daily life. Navigating strict household expectations while carving out my own independence taught me early on how to make decisions under pressure, resolve interpersonal conflicts, and evaluate competing perspectives. Pursuing an international university degree is a deliberate step toward building my own path as the first woman in my family to study abroad.

I brought this same sense of responsibility into my school community. Over two years, I progressed from Vice-Captain to House Captain while simultaneously serving as Captain of the girls' handball team—a role that required persistent negotiation at home due to traditional academic expectations. As House Captain, when council members unexpectedly failed to report for duty shifts during major school events, I reorganized operational schedules on the spot and covered the vacant positions myself. Maintaining seamless operations under pressure reinforced that leadership is fundamentally about operational accountability when systems fail.

My perspective was broadened by attending an English-medium school alongside students from Sudan, Nigeria, the Philippines, Pakistan, and Egypt. Interacting daily within this multicultural environment demonstrated how global policy decisions affect different populations in distinct ways. Participating in Model United Nations as the delegate of Egypt—debating resource allocations and environmental governance along the Nile River—further developed my analytical skills. It confirmed that whether addressing resource distribution or public infrastructure, effective governance must prioritize human security.

My involvement in sports further highlighted the stark realities of healthcare access. Watching a teammate’s family endure severe financial strain following a major sports injury made me acutely aware of our own vulnerability as an expatriate family. In Oman, state healthcare is fully subsidized for citizens, whereas non-citizen families must bear high out-of-pocket costs for private medical care. Experiencing this disparity firsthand demonstrated how institutional frameworks and legal status can turn basic health access into a privilege, leaving migrant communities financially exposed.

I am applying to the Bachelor of Arts in Global Governance at the University of Rome Tor Vergata to understand how public policies are designed, evaluated, and reformed across transnational contexts. The program’s interdisciplinary integration of economics, law, and global health directly aligns with my goal of addressing institutional inequalities. Studying in Rome will provide the rigorous academic framework and global environment required to build a career dedicated to equitable healthcare policy and international public administration.

Do I have to add a surname for italy?

So I've finished my grade 12 studies and I am planning to move to Italy for uni. But I only have a single name with no surname. Now from what uve heard is that I am supposed to change and add a surname in my passport as italy and the university system requires a mandatory surname criteria. Also few of the people I know with a single name moving to italy , changed their name in passport and added a surname. The problem is changing my name in my passport and also having to get an affidavit that I'm the one and the same person as my passport name and my 12th grade exam certificate is a very difficult process. So I want to make sure from people studying in italy with single name or someone from italy who has knowledge about this issue to guide me on what to be done.

Jobs for teens

Does oman not have any jobs that non omani teens could do? Because I just graduated high school and want to save up extra cash for university but it's really impossible over here. I feel really guilty depending on my parents for everything. Oman is a really fast growing country , it would have been cool if they had opportunities for teens to earn for themselves and not be restricted , makes me feel less independent specially as a girl.

It's so sad how women keep moving backwards

I've been noticing lately how there's been ways women just setting years of work for freedom behind for male validation. Tbh feels like we are each others biggest enemy. Since the world cup started ive been seeing women act all clueless and dumb while the men slander them so much. Even if you are larping about liking football then please atleast be more confident and smart with it instead of setting examples that all women just watch football or larp watching fb to attract men while there are genuine girls out there who have intrest for the sport. This sets example and these men out there starts to slander the girls who genuinely watch the game. It's such a shame how men think they are superior and are allowed to have certain intrest and if a woman likes those intrest for them , then they are degraded and called larpers but if a girl genuinely likes them then they ate called unique and cool but do we woman see any man liking feminine hobbies or show to impress us. It's literally always us throwing ourselves out to impress them of come out as unique and cool in their eyes. Men think whatever women like or are interested in are cringe , conry and weird but do we think like that about the men's stuff ? There are lots of girls out there nowadays who feel embarrassed to even admit about liking the girls hobbies or show cause of being called corny or something by the males but males out there can like anything and it's going to be called cool. This is genuinely so upsetting tbh.

I'm so done with my life. I hate everything and everything is so boring. Everyday makes me feel very useless and heavy and feels so painful and long. My family has always been toxic and I'm used to that. But I've had a lot of friends. Now I don't cause I pushed everyone away and don't like most of their company. The closest bestfriend who I consider a platonic soulmate got into a relationship and yk how that goes. They stopped texting me and now everything is falling apart. Life has been so painful and I feel so useless like no one would genuinely care if I just disappeared. I've hit rock bottom. I'm so burnt out and feel so out of energy. I was never like this. Life is really unfair. I feel I have no purpose for staying any longer in this world.

I just graduated high school and my family is tight on money so I'll be taking a year gap before getting into university. So I was planning to go Italy for uni and want to become a dental hygenist. So can someone tell me what are the pros and cons of my choice and should I move forward with the plan or is there any alternative better option ? 💔
