Heya, so long story short: I smoked too much weed, felt alien for past week, thought about ending it all.

How I fixed it?

I swear to G-d, fuckton of chocolate and electrolytes. Holy shite, that makes miracles. I probably have diabetes now from all the chocolate, but I'm okay now.

Also, acknowledging the mental state, and deciding "I might die this way, or not, who knows? I went through worse shite than this".

It was definitely THE WORST thing that ever happened to me, and I'm not smoking so much weed.

I'm still bit sluggish, but I'm okay! If anyone wants to chat, hit me up

I (20M) got way too high from weed and probably small amount of HHC (approximately less than quarter of a gram) on Thursday May 28th. I had two big 48% shots of alcohol before I went to smoke, which I know, was a terrible idea. I smoke weed rarely, I use anti allergy pills (Ewofex), I weigh around 90 kg, and I'm about 186 cm tall.

Since Friday I am really sluggish, tired, slow, some objects feel more distant than they really are, I sometimes mess up my wording in sentence and feel really dumber (example, I was doing dishes, and I closed a pantry where I would go again later). I also was vomiting like three times a day until yesterday.

I keep hydrating, I drink mineral water with extra electrolytes, eat bland food and I had small pieces of chocolate, as internet said it's good after getting too high. I also have frequent naps over the time. Since today I have nightmares (which caused me to write here), where I think I'm other people.

I'm really terrified if I gave myself DPDR, or I'm just really hungover. I was thinking about contacting local toxicology department, but don't want to make fool of myself.

Hledám způsob jak zabít krysu, topení ve vodě je podle mě děsný, rodiče mají jen klec na chycení a ne na zabití. Krysa se po chyceni nemá pouštět, jelikoz a) je plná nemocí b) spíš doběhne zpátky.
