BMW blasts up the wrong side of the road on Pontiac Ave near Tasca to go around light. Can't make out plate

Sadly no front plate and the rear is covered with one of those dark covers.

If anyone knows who this is, or knows the plate number, please DM me.

Are there preferred methods for running on Apple Silicon Macs?

I know of a 1/2 dozen ways to get it to run on M-chip mac. But I was curious if there is a method the community tends to like or maybe an officially supported method?

United Better Homes - Not responding to any calls, voicemails, or e-mails in regards to a warranty issue.

So I had UBH out for a new roof and Solar work a few month ago.

Recently the solar system failed.

Unfortunately I am unable to get ahold of anyone at UBH. Not contact method on their site or that worked in the past has produced a response.

I have waited on hold with no answer, left voicemails, and sent e-mails. I am drafting a certified letter at this point and preparing to reach out for legal assistance on the matter.

I was curious if anyone has had experiences with them and their support. If there are any ideas on how else to get ahold of them?

If we had better consumer protections. Pre-ordering would be a none issue. The real issue is consumer protection. NOT preordering.

If GTA 6 or any game is bad and we had full protections to return it, then this whole thing would be a none issue.

Stop attacking others who pre-order. Fix the system. Demand better consumer protections.

Same goes for the physical copies issue. If we were allowed to own our games this would also be a NONE issue.

It is all about consumer protections. Everything else is a red herring and they love we are fighting each other rather than writing to our government.

Every other interaction I have with Tesla Service and Tesla Solar Service is an attempted scam.

EDIT/UPDATE - Lawyered up over a warranty claim and Tesla caved in minutes. Literally took 1 phone call. OMFG they are so dirty. They were ignoring my warranty and claiming I had to follow some other warranty. Had to reach out to get a lawyer involved and literally 45 minutes later Tesla asked to schedule my work under warranty.

So I bring in my Tesla for 3 rattles. Seat, Dash, and something in the back.
- Tesla claims they have never heard of a tesla having a rattle ever and could not re-create the issues. But charged me $200 to look for them first. (I had to google and learn how to fix each one on my own.)

- Water in liftgate, tesla gave a quote for a new liftgate. Dropped off car and picked it up 2 days later. No new lift gate. They could not find the leak, thus they did not replace it. Same exact price for labor to not find a leak as it was for new lift gate. (Got a lawyer and got a full refund.)

- Slight wobble in steering wheel. Tesla says I need new front suspension, 2 new tires, and $150 for balancing. Total was $1,400.... All before looking at the car. Took it to an independent shop. 1 rim was bent and they balanced all of my wheels for free.

- Roof leak, Tesla solar comes out and removes my panels without my permission. Then says I need to pay $5,000 to put them back on.

- Inverter fails, Tesla says wiring is wrong so clearly another company worked on it (No one touched it) Thus My entire system warranty is void. (Warranty contract literally says 3rd parties are allowed to work on the system.) No one touched the system though. Tesla wants $2,500 to re-wire the system. Claiming it can't work in this configuration... It has been generating power for 8 years in that configuration... TESLA installed!

It is a none stop nightmare with both companies gaslighting and trying to extort me.

EDIT: Oh here is a fun one. When i asked tesla why I can just get the car looked at without agreeing to a random quote... They said that is industry standard, everyone does it. No one will look at your car unless you agree to a quote first. I went to 3 shops and 3 dealers and all said that was the dumbest thing they ever heard of. How can we quote you without looking at the car first.

Has Telsa ever said in interviews why they got rid of the messages of FSD explaining it's choice?

I would REALLY like it back.

Understanding why it is doing something would help with SO many interventions.

Old FSD "Changing lanes to avoid slow down / merge"

New FSD just randomly goes into the left lane, when we are about to exit.

1 quick message would have been all I needed.

Finally got into GTA5 (5 attempts since it launched)

So I am the kind of player who can get really put off by issues with controls. And Rockstar games have just about the worst controls in the industry IMO.

GTA5 controls improved a lot from 4, but they are still very bad.

Combine that with my 2 other pet peeves. Stupid fail states and on rails experiences. And GTA 5 might be one of the worst game mechanically for me.

So it has been a battle trying to get into it. Cause I LOVE the characters and am very curious to see where this story goes.

The good news is, for some games. I can try to turn this part of my brain off, get used to the jank, and try to chill out when the cheap deaths occur.

Well I have finally gotten deeper into the game than my previous tries. And it is actually working ok. Controls are still poo. And the cheap deaths are still cheap. But now that I have tempered myself emotionally. I am enjoying it despite it's constant attempts to stop me.
