My mum's $30 plan 100gb ( got an $5 credit "goodwill" for 24 months for an glitch $35/100gb) she got an $5 network improvement fee increase.

I have an winback $35 250gb (got $5 credit for "$80 admin fee 16 months) , I also got an $4 network increase fee.

I did message an complaint for both my account and my mum's.

Next time u/freedommobile re - re - releases an $40 /250gb/50gb roam . Or . if plan is $40 with unlimited data / at least 50gb roam, or cheaper then $40 /250gb/50gb roam, I will rejoin.
