is the salary rightful?
I applied to this role and got interviewed. The job description is pretty heavy role. I will manage strategy, content creations, sales, building group and such (pls refer to the link above on the job description.) And the HR said that the salary for that is 25,000 only the position is Business Lead. I think that the role is not well-compensated because it is not commensurate to the tasks or work listed. But in email, I was asked if how much is my asking salary and I said, 25k because I prefer it part-time as there is an option in job post if looking for part-time, full-time or freelance so I chose part-time with 25k asking salary. But when I was interviewed, she said that 25k is the salary and it is for full-time. How come? Is she took advantage of it? I ask if is it negotiable, and she said that it is but not just a bit amount. I am worried if this is lowballed even though it is just a remote setup. Could you help me in deciding whether to continue the application or not kasi super bigat ng work pero 25k lang.
