Coparent and his spouse having loud “activities” behind closed doors at night

I have no idea how to address if I even should. My daughter (9) and her step brothers (close to the same age) have complained that their parents (my ex and his wife) are being very loud at night and keeping the kids up. The boys know it’s “adult” activities and it’s been going on a lot apparently. What would you guys do? My coparent hates me and will not coparent with me under any circumstances. My daughter hasn’t had the talk yet but the boys have. How do I handle this with my daughter?

The problem. I sell a software that has recently transitioned from a contract to self setup in the customers portal. That’s great as it bypasses a week or two long implementation process. Problem is, since we don’t do contracts and the product doesn’t cost them anything, I have no way to incentivize them to setup the product today as opposed to next week. This is problematic with those end of the month sales that delay and end up stalling and signing up the next month. Aside from, start using it today to gain benefits/avoid pain discussed in previous discovery, how do I say “please sign up before the end of the month so I meet my quota this month instead of pushing it to next” without actually saying that?
