Hi, I wrote my first LSAT, and scored a 166. Going into fourth year, I'm sitting at a 3.8 average.

I live in BC and hope to go to either UBC or UVIC.

For folks who are familiar with either school, does anybody have any advice about best route from here. I plan on writing the LSAT again, but any other tips would be greatly appreciated.

So. My partner broke up with me. Difficult thing, but it happens. I was sad, but I got over it.

After the fact, my partner looked up my old ex, made contact, and proceeded to share screenshots of our conversations in which I described things I had not liked about my previous partner.

They did not know each other prior, and this has only served to make my previous partner unhappy. I would never have said these things to them, and had no idea that the conversations I had in trust, would be passed on to the person.

I feel badly about hurting the person, but I feel more angry that my ex took the time to hurt both of us in this way.

Am I wrong to feel angry?

If you were to be offered a job teaching online math to a student grade 5-9, one at a time on zoom, would you consider $25/hour a fair wage?

Putting this out there for input.

Daughter graduating, wants to go on a weekend road trip to a party town 4 hours away. Most of them have smashed their cars already, so I'm not too excited about the drive, or the fact they are all underage for drinking, and I've driven them home this year and cleaned up the vomit the next day.

She's going to university next year, living in the dorm, and she went to Italy this year with her school.

Is it fair to be telling her she should save her money ($300) for the coming year, and focus on making her next year at school the best one of her life?

She's quite a responsible person, as are her friends, but I realize kids will be kids, as I was. She works three part time jobs, so in her opinion the money isn't an issue.

For a person who isn't great at math, what is the best way to get calculus under my belt? I have to go back and get better at it, but I don't want to take the hardest version by accident.
