If it works it works?

I decided to do a weekday OMAD-ish to look better in a swim suit ahead of vacation. My goal was 240.

- 60M, 6'7", 253 starting
- 1 meal a day during the work week Monday-Friday.
- 22-23 hours fasting (or more like "not eating")
- coffee Latte in the morning, and coffee/cream during the day
- normal eating during the weekend as an important part of this is to not impact the normal family routines
- I didn't count calories or macros or anything like that
- I did not I have terrible hunger pangs. I do feel hungry it was usually late afternoon and I could make a few more hours until mealtime. Being hungry is just a new feeling ....
- seems like dropped ~1lb / day
- feel really good - energy, mood, mental clarity, clothes for better already
- after the first weekend I didn't feel like going crazy on eating and wanted to keep my momentum going so the later weekend didn't spike up so much.

So this is what I am doing, it's probably not a true fast/ketosis but more of a calorie deficit?

Anyway. If it stupid and it works it's not stupid. I will probably get back to this after vacation as i think this could be sustainable. I think getting in the low 230 would be really good for me. My smart scale says I am still overweight , not sure 163-220 would be "normal" lol

H2C 'forgetting' AMS configuration after printing

In the last few days twice now my H2C has "forgotten" that I have 2 AMS and 2 AMS-HT connected after a print. The screen just shows 2 external spools. Power cycle everything comes back. I updated firmwares on a everything a few weeks ago and things seemed fine, just yesterday. And its not every print.

I submitted a support ticket, but curious if anyone else has experienced this is. Its more an annoyance than anything else. Seems like a printer firmware bug to me. /shrug.
