The problem is, each cooker does something too well
Weber Kettle is the epitome of reliability.
Bronco is much the same, just with a much larger fuel supply.
Gravity series when I don’t feel like mucking with temps (an easy button).
Griddle speaks for itself
I’ve considered getting rid of all pits and just getting a Yoder or high end Traeger, but I don’t think I’d be happy with the flavor, and sometimes I just want to play with coal/temps…
I don’t know how to cut down on the collection.. they all have their strengths and weaknesses
Been working in IT for almost 13 years now. Moved up the ranks (my first mistake I guess) from Support up to Systems Engineer. I love the work, but am beginning to find myself in the orbit of management. I’ve been asked to sit in on interviews for lower level candidates.
My stutter day to day is a 3-4/10.
My stutter on my name is 9/10 severity.
I hand wring, and consider options for days, finally deciding to open up and confess how anxious my stutter makes me meeting new people and how I really don’t want to be in on interviews to my manager.
They don’t care. “I really need you to help me assess these candidates, I’m sorry”
I don’t care. I’ll train an idiot. I’ll deal with an asshole. I will do anything to avoid the hard block “Hi I’m Ppppppppppppppppppeter”
It’s humiliating.
It’s belittling
It’s hell.
But what recourse do I have?
