Where can I get the best old fashioned in VB?
Hubby and I are going to go to sushi king in VB but I would love a really good old fashioned while we are in the area.

Found in southeastern VA. Is it safe to eat if I left it in the stroller for the afternoon? 🤦♀️ mom brain.
I posted the other day about my Infantino carrier and I took everyone’s recommendations and got a used Tula. I’m feeling pretty good about her front wearing, but I feel like she is falling off of my back. (First time back wearing.
Infantino flip 4 in 1. Sometimes she has her arms out of the straps, and sometimes she keeps them tucked. Sometimes it feels like she is trying to crawl out the top of the carrier. Also her feet get in the way now while I walk. She is 21lbs, so under the weight limit but she is a very tall baby. Also she does not like forward facing, and I have not attempted wearing her on my back yet.
So basically I was homeschooled from 6-12th grade but my schooling wasn’t monitored at all so I cheated my way through school, muted my videos so they would play in the background while I would play Minecraft, google my test answers, etc. I am 26 now and while I’m in a great place in life (mom, and small business owner) I feel so uneducated compared to my peers. Obviously I can’t go redo middle and high school but I was wondering if there is a way to re homeschool myself at home? I got on khan academy and build a little course of arithmetic, pre algebra, basic geometry and measurement, grammar, us history, world history, us government and civics, and reading and vocab. Obviously I will have to expand on this eventually and I think it’s a good place to start but how do I check my work? I also don’t know how to write (like I never did essays or reports) so I struggle even drafting emails that sound professional and I have my husband proofread and edit everything before I send it to a client because I’m just not confident. I do a lot of reading. Especially literary fiction, historical fiction, and just some educational stuff. Currently reading wordslut by Amanda montell. And I LOVE learning from these books but at the same time sometimes I don’t understand some of what I read. Hubby has to help me with pretty much anything math related. And I don’t know much history either which I feel is SO important to know and understand today.

I would love any advice on ways to get an education at home (hopefully for free/cheap because we are on a super tight budget around here)
Some background:
From my first period at 13 until 22 I struggled with severe, debilitating menstrual pain. I frequently ended up on the bathroom floor vomiting from the pain. My symptoms included:
• severe menstrual cramps that wrapped from my front into my back
• sharp pain in my ribcage when taking deep breaths
•pain when urinating/bowel movements
• pain during intercourse
My previous OBGYN diagnosed me with endometriosis based on my symptoms and my positive response to orlissa, which helped immensely for the 1-2 years I took it. After stopping orlissa I transitioned to birth control. It managed some pain but I still struggled with severe but not debilitating pain during my periods, and bleeding twice a month. From 23 until I got pregnant at 24 I was not on birth control and still had severe (but not debilitating pain) and bleeding twice a month.
Fast forward: I am now 25 and had my first baby last year. I am 8 months postpartum, and got my first period 6 weeks pp. during my pregnancy I saw a new OBGYN who asked about the endometriosis diagnosis in my chart. She had asked if it was diagnosed through surgery and when I said no she undiagnosed me and claimed I likely never had it.
Current situation: I am off birth control, I have regular cycles, and while my period is very painful still, I have started having debilitating ovulation pain for the past 8 months, and it gets worse each month. I am experiencing almost every single symptom from my late teens/early 20’s but during ovulation instead of my period. I would honestly rather be in labor right now.
My questions:
Has anyone experienced a shift in pain like this before? especially postpartum?
Can I even be undiagnosed after being previously diagnosed?
How do I go about getting re diagnosed? My old OBGYN is over an hour away from me and I’m not sure that I want to return to my current OBGYN. Where do I even start with seeing someone new?
What are your best relief tips? Currently 800mg of ibuprofen and a hot bath are failing me.
