I've been going to school with my tail for two weeks now, and the only thing I get from doing this, is getting laughed at. My professors don't mind it too much. But the kids do. Mostly 6th graders who think they're superior make fun of me (I could literally pick them up and throw them out a window without even trying hard as they're so ... Tiny, bruh 🫩).

Luckily there are some of my classmates (mainly the girls) who are very supportive and like it.

But yeah, when I get laughed at I just laugh back and say: "funny innit?" And wag my tail. My bestie calls me rage bait final boss 😂

Am I the only one that sometimes gets the feeling like to have ears or other animal parts? Sometimes, or better, a lot of times, it happens to me.

When I'm mad, my ears move back, like when wolf, cat or fox's ears perk down when annoyed or angry.

When I hear something far, the ear on the side of the sound moves like to capture the sound better.

Does it happen to you guys too?

My parents say that if anybody saw me wearing my tail around town they'd put me in a madhouse. I felt sad because now I fear what others think, even if I haven't for a long time this feeling came back

Becz usually when I pounce I don't manage to amortize well with my arms and end up with a bad looking pounce :p

I have no one to help me so I'll ask you guys everything 😭

Ok so... I need a mask. Do I just take a carneval One and do my snout? For the tail I'll think of it cuz I could just ask my friends to gift me one for my birthday... But it's in September... Perhaps I could seriously go somewhere with my friends to "go shopping" but we really just look for tails and masks :p

Nah but in a serious concept, what do you guys suggest, as my parents CAN'T know?

So... As I said, I'm new here AND to the otherpaw community, so I'm a fresh otherpaw :D In these days, I've been practicing quads, and since I used to do quads when I was younger (because it all started back then, this otherpaw me was already in me to my unknown, when I was 7) I'm already pretty good at it. The problem is my parents. My parents... It's already a lot they didn't kick me out when i ce out as bisexual. If they found out I'm an otherpaw I'd be cooked.

My question is: what do you guys think i could do to quad and make a mask (eventually) safely?

So... I'm not a furry nor a therian, but I like to go around my house on all fours, run on all fours and pounce (I'm still learning how) occasionally. Last year, for my birthday I asked for a tail, one of those you hang to your belt, but they didn't gift me it.

Now I don't understand, because I dont identify as an animal, I just like to put on tails and ears (which i don't have, but hope I'll manage to buy) and go around running and playing on all fours sometimes. But I also don't want to do all the costume stuff.

I hope this doesn't offend anyone, I'm just trying to understand myself a bit :)
