The first MM book I read had the enemies-to-lovers trope, which really hooked me. After that story, I read about 7 enemies-to-lovers books straight. There is really something about the tension and the banter. The slow burn, the denial stage, the yearning, plus the hurt/comfort—chef's kiss! You get me???

Then, I came across friends-to-lovers and saw what I was missing out on. I can't believe I skipped them before! (Now playing: Ruin The Friendship) Haha.

Now, I want to explore romantasy (genre) to see if it will hook me too. I have seen some recommendations here, so I am very excited to check them out!

Hi! I don't know if I'm in a reading slump or if I'm just not into the book I'm currently reading. I went from reading a hundred pages a day to just 20-30 pages. Is it just me, or do you also feel guilty about DNFing a book? Hahahahaha it's like my mind says, "No girl, you started it, finish it." How do you deal with this, though?

Or do you have any recos to get out of this phase??
