Anyone based in NZ who does RetroAchievements?
Keen to discuss the niche with those who do it as I've yet to find another NZ'er who actually does them.

Man, I have to call it at Beaten. I may come back to this game eventually for those last few achievements but.. this game is incredibly difficult to play because of how busted it is and those time achievements.. after having done some of them.. you have to be SO precise with 0 room for error and it's just not fun.
But I have to say, as a game, it's pretty fun and I don't regret playing this despite the games reputation. Give it a try but don't expect to want to master it.
So, having finished the OG Spyro Trilogy on PS1 and it being my.. I guess fixation for the past week and a bit.. I'm at a loss on how to start a new series. I've tried playing Enter the Dragonfly and it's not getting the itch I was hoping.
I am incredibly prone to choice paralysis and I'm really bad at choosing and sticking with a game.
What do you guys do to try get into a game, whether it be committing to playing or even choosing?
I'm absolutely horrified. I'm gonna totally beat this game but.. yikes..
Please tell me PS2 Era Spyro gets better?
I LOVE Spyro 2 and 3.. and I've gotta say that Spyro 1 just.. misses the mark on so much. The voice acting sucks, especially Spyros, the worlds are so bland and the boss fights were so boring.
The devs who made the achievements done a phenomenal job with what they had, but man.. unless you're doing the set, just play 2 and 3 and avoid 1 entirely.
