Its not reacting when I plug it in, I tried different things now, also a hard-reset (pressing the Power Button for 30 seconds, recommended by google)...

Well yeah. Title says it all. My friend and I are getting started in Modern (I was at a tournament once, but with a deck that couldn't have been less fitting) but we do not want to spend much.

So far, we (more like I) have built two decks, an infect and a burn one, both very budget focused because we are trying to stay under 100€ with both decks combined.

We would like to know what we could improve and if you think if we could have any chances at our weekly LGS modern tournament.
